Fellow provides a platform for seamless financial asset movement. The service connects traditional banking, digital payments, and decentralized finance through instant settlement technology and simple interfaces. The service may include various features and functionalities that are subject to these terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account termination feature in the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fellow and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in New York, New York.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
